Description
The TS3021/2 single and dual comparators feature high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. Specified from 2V to 5V supply voltage, these comparators can operate over a wide temperature range: -40C to +125C. The TS3021/2 comparators offer micropower consumption as low as a few tens of microamperes thus providing an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time. The TS3021/2 include push-pull outputs and are available in small packages (SMD). Pin connections (top view)

1. All voltage values, except differential voltage, are referenced to VDD. 2. The magnitude of input and output voltages must never exceed the supply rail 0.3V. 3. Short-circuits can cause excessive heating and destructive dissipation. PD is calculated with Tamb=+25C, Tj =+150C and Rthja = 478C/W for SC70-5, Rthja = 250C/W for SOT23-5, Rthja = 125C/W for SO8, Rthja = 190C/W for MiniSO8. 4. ESD tolerances are compliant with MIL883C, JEDEC STANDARD JESD22, ANSI/ESD STM5.1-2001.
